                    There will be NO CLASSES IN APRIL.  If you are interested in coming to class in May, please RSVP and let me know.  We have a minimum class number, so that number must be met before another class is scheduled.  I am open to changing class days and times, please send me your request and thank you for understanding.

                    So what is a boot camp class?

                    A boot camp class is moniker comes from the military basic training course in which new recruits are whipped into lean, mean fighting machines using very little other than their own body weight.  To adapt it for non-soldiers, a boot camp class is a cardiovascular and strength training workout in which you will get stronger and improve your resting heart rate, blood pressure and cardiovascular health (not to mention lose fat and gain strength and shape) using little more than your body weight, and sometimes some equipment like bands or dumbbells. 

                    Wondering what we offer?

                    We have two different locations: on the beach and in town.  Currently, we only have morning classes.  Please check the CLASSES page for specific details.  In March, we are also adding a foam rolling class at the town location.

                    Class is open to anyone from teenagers to adults in good health.

We are very excited to be working with you very soon.  If you have not sent me your contact information, please register on the register page - even though you have access to all classes, I need to know which class you are coming to first.                     Details: To use your DotD coupon, the 1 month of classes begins at your first class and runs for 4 weeks.  You do not have to start class in January, you can start any time as long as you use your coupon by the expiration date.

                    Do you have a 2-week FREE pass?
                    If you would like to use your pass for a free 2-weeks, please go to the register tab up top and register for class.  You can pick any class for your two free weeks.  All new participants get a FREE individualized assesssment and a packet with nutritional information, recipes, discounts, goal tracking sheets and other goodies. You may also bring it to any PC Beach Boot Camp class to start your trial, but please contact us first so we can send you your goodies and set up your Free assessment.

                    How can I pay? Visit the Store tab to register, or you can pay in person at the beach upon arrival or at Pilates and More.

                    What does it include?
                    Class will be roughly an hour long including warmup and cool down, core training, strength, flexibility, balance training and possibly plyometrics. Oh, and a whole lot of fun!
                    Bring: water bottle, towels (one for sand, one for your face :) ) and a positive attitude!
